Webskan Terms of Service
Effective 6 November 2026.
1. Provider
The Webskan service is provided by Kamil Obstawski, a natural person based in Poland operating under the Polish unregistered-business regime (the "Provider"). Contact: the e-mail address shown in the footer of the homepage.
2. The service
Webskan is an automated audit of a publicly accessible website specified by the Customer. It covers performance (Lighthouse), technical SEO, accessibility (axe-core, WCAG 2.1 AA), security (TLS, redirects, HTTP headers), broken links (up to 150 links from the start page) and an AI-generated list of prioritised recommendations. The result is a PDF report e-mailed to the Customer. The report is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
3. Ordering and payment
You order through the form on the site (website address + e-mail) and then on the checkout page. The seller of record (Merchant of Record) is our payment provider Polar Software, Inc., which collects payment, applies any taxes and issues the receipt. Polar's purchase terms: polar.sh/legal/terms. The price shown includes VAT where applicable.
4. Delivery
The report is generated automatically after payment is confirmed and is usually sent within 1 hour, and within 24 hours at the latest. By ordering you ask us to start performing the service immediately and acknowledge that, once the report is delivered, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content (where applicable).
5. Limitations
Only publicly accessible websites (no login) that you own or are authorised to test may be audited. The audit needs no server access and changes nothing on your site. Measurements are automated snapshots taken at one point in time and may differ from other tools. Recommendations are generated by an AI model from the measurements; they are guidance, not a guarantee of any outcome (such as search rankings). If a site blocks automated testing, the report may be incomplete.
6. Complaints
If the report could not be produced (for example the site was unreachable or blocked testing), the Provider refunds the full price; refunds are processed by the payment provider to the original payment method. Complaints about the report not conforming to the contract should be e-mailed to the Provider and are answered within 14 days of receipt, in line with Polish and EU consumer law on digital content. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Personal data
See the Privacy Policy.
8. Final provisions
Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers may use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Changes to these terms do not affect orders placed before they take effect.
